As part of Paris Arbitration Week 2024 and in the ever-popular LCIA “Tylney-style” tradition, this morning interactive discussion will provide an opportunity for delegates to share news and views on developments in the field of international commercial arbitration and dispute resolution.

Delegates will be contacted before and invited to submit topics for discussion and at the event, will be encouraged to participate in a free-flowing discussion of the topics submitted, under the expert guidance of the Co-Chairs.

The seminar will be held under the Chatham House Rule to facilitate an open and honest discussion.
