Derains & Gharavi will be hosting the 7th Edition of the Lusophones’ Arbitration Meeting on Wednesday 20 March 2024 from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm (Paris time), followed by cocktail, during the Paris Arbitration Week (PAW).
This year the participants will discuss the topic “Arbitration, Crime and Criminal Proceedings: What is Expected from Counsel and Arbitrators?,” with two Panels about the following subtopics:
Panel I. Crime Related to Evidence in Arbitration
Panel II. Parallel Criminal Proceedings and Arbitration
This event will be entirely conducted in Portuguese without interpretation.
