Luis Fernando GUERRERO

Luis Fernando Guerrero is a partner at Lobo de Rizzo (São Paulo). He has extensive experience in Brazilian litigation and domestic and international arbitration, representing clients in some of the major cases in Brazil. He is also an expert in civil procedural law, private and public matters, advising companies in a wide range of discussions. He is widely experienced in mediation and alternative dispute resolution as well.
He is graduated in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), 2004; master and doctor in Civil Procedure Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), 2008 and 2012. Fluent in English, Italian and French. Professor at IBMEC, FIA, AASP/USP. Visiting Scholar at Columbia Law School.
