The Comité Français de l'Arbitrage (CFA) is delighted to host a conference during Paris Arbitration Week 2023 on the theme "Navigating the secondary market for arbitration claims and awards - Meet the experts".
A panel of experts from the third party funding industry will discuss a number of issues pertaining to the monetisation of arbitration claims and awards, among which getting the price right.
