Sanctions and arbitration: lessons learned and possible strategies
Presentation
Join us for a conference on practical solutions to sanctions in international arbitration.
International arbitration in the context of sanctions presents many challenges: obstacles in conducting legal proceedings and hearings, recognition issues for arbitral awards, and uncertainty of the application of sanctions laws. Sanctions have themselves given rise to numerous disputes, both in commercial and investment arbitration.
Our conference will be an opportunity to share the lessons learned by our speakers and practical advice on how to deal with sanctions in arbitration.
