Presentation

Dear all,

In light of the upcoming Paris Arbitration Week (18 – 22 March 2024), we are delighted to invite you to join us for a breakfast seminar to discuss the use of investigators and forensic experts in international arbitration at our Paris office on 20 March 2024 at 8:30am.

We invite you to join what we hope will be a lively discussion on how evidence obtained by investigators and forensic experts is used - and sometimes abused - in international arbitration, common pitfalls and challenges, as well as procedural and legal implications in the use of such evidence both during the proceedings, as well as potential implications for the enforceability of Awards obtained based on such evidence.

Speakers:
• Robert S. Pé – Arbitrator (Arbitration Chambers)
• Jenna Burton – Investigator (Nardello)
• Kamalia Mehtiyeva – Professor (Université Paris-Est Créteil)
• Marc Olivier Langlois – Partner (King & Spalding)

Moderators:
• Philip Dunham, Partner, Signature
• Philipp Kurek, Partner, Signature

Venue: Signature Litigation AARPI, 49/51 Avenue George V, 75008 Paris

Time:
8:30: Welcome and breakfast
8:45: Panel discussion

RSVP by 15 March at: press@signaturelitigation.com
