The conference ‘The Future of Investment Arbitration in Central Asia: Impact of UNCITRAL WGIII Reforms' will take place on 9 April 2025 in the office of Linklaters.

The top speakers from UNCITRAL, arbitral institutions, law firms, and academia will discuss UNCITRAL's progress on the topical reform elements currently under discussion, such as dispute prevention, including investment mediation; the code of conduct and requirements for arbitrators; and third-party funding.
