Willkie Farr & Gallagher is delighted to invite the Paris Arbitration Week guests to a discussion about the current issues and challenges in the ISDS from the perspective of Sovereign States. Willkie's host speakers will be joined by a distinguished panel of high-profile State officials and advisors representing various geographical regions, who will share insights on their topics of interest concerning investor-State arbitration and investment protection more generally.

The event will be hybrid, taking place at the Paris office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher and remotely. Webinar login information will be sent upon confirmation of registration.
