Led by Professor Laurent Aynès, the discussion with Carine Dupeyron and Steven Finizio (Partner at WilmerHale) will aim at providing valuable insights into the interactions and hurdles caused by insolvency laws over the course of international arbitration proceedings. In a time of significant economic disruption with heightened risks of bankruptcy, the panelists will cover the consequences of insolvency before the start of the arbitration, during the arbitration proceedings and once the award has been issued from French/EU and US law perspectives.
