APCEF
About us
The APCEF (Association of Professionals in Economic and Financial Litigation) is a French non-profit association that brings together legal, judicial, and financial professionals involved in economic and financial disputes.
It serves as a forum for multidisciplinary dialogue between magistrates, lawyers, in-house counsel, academics, and experts, with the aim of fostering reflection, sharing best practices, and improving the understanding and handling of complex litigation issues.
Through conferences, working groups, and scholarly exchanges, the APCEF contributes to the development of high professional and ethical standards in economic and financial litigation.
The association is chaired by Mr. Vincent Vigneau, President of the Commercial Chamber of the French Court of Cassation, and is led by its Secretary General, Mr. Mikaël Ouaniche, a financial expert accredited by the Court of Cassation.
