Timeline

Registering as a partner
Registration
Partner registrations are opened from mid-November 2025 to 15 January 2026.
If you were Partner in the 2023 or 2024 or 2025 editions, connect to your Partner account and renew partnership online by 15 January 2026.
If you are a new Partner in the 2026 edition, fill out and submit the partnership form online by 15 January 2026.
Payment
Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (with applicable transaction fee at Partner’s charge).
Partners’ representatives in PAW Board events
Partners shall share the details of their chosen representatives for the following PAW Board events by 27 February 2026.
- PAW 10th anniversary Gala : 2 tickets if you paid the 4500€ partnership fee or 1 ticket if you paid the 2500€ reduced fee for boutiques.
- PAW in-house Event: 1 ticket per PAW partner.
- PAW sustainability Event: 2 tickets if you paid the 4500€ partnership fee or 1 ticket if you paid the 2500€ reduced fee for boutiques.
- PAW closing cocktail: 2 tickets if you paid the 4500€ partnership fee or 1 ticket if you paid the 2500€ reduced fee for boutiques.
Creation of Events by Partners
Registering Events
To appear on the PAW Calendar, Partners will need to fill in:
- The Event’s title
- A short description of the Event
- The timeslot
- The name of two speakers
UPDATE Register your Events as early as possible and no later than 28 February 2026

Organizing Events
Requirements
- Events are registered on a first come first serve basis.
- Events have Fixed Start Times (8:30, 10:30, 12:30, 14:30, 16:30, 18:30, or 20:30+) to allow participants to attend more events.
- In order to improve attendance, the number of Events per timeslot will be limited to 10 Events.
- Partners will have to confirm or decline all requests of registration to their respective Events to allow participants to plan their week. NEW A registration pending for more than 15 days will be automatically declined 12 days before the Event (with the Partner being notified 3 days before the automatic decline is actioned).
Guidelines
- Include proper communication as to actual duration of event and detailed timeline, including social.
- Include enough details about the venue, incl. the nearest Metro.
- Organise two-hour Events.
- Co-host Events.
- Finalise your Event(s) as soon as possible.
Confirming attendance to Events
Participants will be able to register for Events on the PAW calendar as from 5 January 2025.
To allow PAW Visitors to plan their week, Partners are required to confirm or decline all requests for attendance to their Events by 7 March 2026.
NEW A registration pending for more than 15 days will be automatically declined 12 days before the Event. Partners will receive a notification 3 days before the automatic deletion of unapproved participants.
Promotion of Events by PAW
Event promotion
- All Events finalized on the PAW calendar by 28 February 2026 will be promoted on linkedIn before the beginning of PAW 2026. No promotion may be guaranteed for Events finalized at a later date.
- Promotion will take place between 16 January 2026 and 18 March 2026.
- NEW Events on the calendar will be promoted automatically, without having to request it.
- After the event, you can send your report (1,200 characters, including spaces) for publication on the PAW LinkedIn profile (you will be sent the relevant information in due course).
- Partners can decide to opt out of the official PAW promotion by informing contact@parisarbitrationweek.com
