Andrea CHIUSANI

Andrea is head of Forensic and Litigation services of New Deal Advisors.
Andrea has more than 20 years experience in the Forensic and Litigation market. He has been involved in civil and criminal law enforcement and civil, criminal, national and international arbitration and arbitration, in the detection and determination of damages, accounting investigations, consultancy and technical assistance in the field of insolvency proceedings, and judicial administrations, as well as restructuring and resolution of business crises. He also gained considerable experience in preventing the administrative responsibility of companies and institutions.
In addition, Andrea is member and President of supervisory board ex D.Lgs. 231/01 (Italian compliance law) in the interest of companies and groups operating in several sectors, including: CDP Venture Capital SGR, Iliad Italia e Iliad Holding, EDP Renewables, CSL Behring, CSL Seqirus, IGP, Banco Santander S.A.
He is also a member of the following Commissions “Experts appointed by the Judge“, "Compliance and Organizational Models" and "Accounting Principles" at the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
