Dani is a Research and teaching fellow in international arbitration and dispute resolution at Aix-Marseille University
He is the co-founder of Juris-Intelligence, an initiative dedicated to promoting access to justice within the OHADA area, and of Juris-Lab, a structure specializing in legal training and the digitalization of professional legal practices.
He is also the founder of Jurisprudence.cc, the first legal intelligence platform in Francophone Africa, designed to optimize access to, research, and analysis of African legal sources. In this capacity, he develops and leads projects and reflections focused both on access to court decisions and arbitral awards in Francophone Africa, as well as on the deployment of legal tech solutions aimed at transforming legal practice across the continent.
Dani Habel also acts as an external consultant to law firms on matters related to international commercial litigation and arbitration, and previously worked as a legal researcher in arbitration at the Lebanese law firm Sader Legal.
