Dmitri EVSEEV


Arbitrator

Dmitri Evseev founded Arbitration City Ltd in June 2022, after twenty years of practicing international investment and commercial arbitration at major law firms. He was a partner in the Washington DC and London offices of Arnold & Porter for over twelve years and has acted as lead counsel to numerous governments and companies in some of their largest disputes. He is currently an independent arbitrator with Arbitra International and no longer accepts appointments as counsel.

Mr. Evseev served as Vice-chair of the SCC Arbitration Institute until 2024 and has founded or held leadership roles in several professional associations in the international legal community.

He is also a technology specialist who co-founded his first technology company in 1996 as an undergraduate and worked as an IT professional in multiple law firms.

Mr. Evseev obtained his law degree (J.D. magna cum laude) from Harvard Law School, where he served as Publishing Editor of the Harvard Law Review and Linux systems administrator at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society.
