Frédéric CONSTANT

Frédéric Constant est professeur agrégé des Facultés de droit et membre honoraire de l’Institut universitaire de France. Il enseigne l’histoire du droit à l’Université Côte d'Azur. Ses travaux portent sur l’histoire et l’administration de la Chine impériale. Il est l’auteur de Le droit mongol dans l'Etat sino-mandchou : entre autonomie et assimilation, Paris, 2018 et le Traité juridique du Livre des Jin, Paris, 2025.

Frédéric Constant is an agrégé Professor of Law and an honorary member of the Institut universitaire de France. He teaches legal history at Université Côte d’Azur. His research focuses on the history and administration of imperial China. He is the author of Mongol Law in the Sino-Manchu State: Between Autonomy and Assimilation (Paris, 2018) and The Legal Treatise of the Book of Jin (Paris, 2025).
