Ghiyta IRAQI
Ghiyta Iraqi is a Lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar since 2010. She is now based in Casablanca, where she is Partner at I&I Law firm, a Law Firm based in Casablanca since 1975.
She acts as arbitrator and counsel in international arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on disputes relating to Healthcare, Distribution, Industrial, Telecommunications and Tourism sectors.
She is an accredited arbitrator within the Moroccan Court of Arbitration (CMA) and a Member of the Arbitration and ADR Commission of ICC Morocco.
Graduated from Sciences-Po Paris, lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar since 2010 and having gained experience with international law firms, Ghiyta Iraqi advises public institutions, significant Moroccan companies, as well as leading international companies.
