Irène LEGER

Irène specialises in international arbitration. She is a partner at STAUNCH, a leading dispute resolution boutique based in Amsterdam. She has been practising as a lawyer (Avocat au Barreau de Paris) in the Netherlands and France for 15 years. She us one of the Co-Chairs of CFA 40, a below-40 offshoot of the French Arbitration Committee.

She acts as counsel in arbitrations conducted in English or French under the rules of the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, NAI and PCA, on a wide range of commercial, insurance, energy, construction and post-M&A issues. She also acts as counsel in arbitral enforcement / setting-aside proceedings and in proceedings before the NCC (Netherlands Commercial Courts). She acts as arbitrator in arbitral proceedings, such as the NAI (Netherlands Arbitration Institute) proceedings.
