Jelena TODIC

Jelena Todic advises clients in commercial and investment arbitrations, serving as both counsel and tribunal secretary in large-scale, complex, and often multi-jurisdictional proceedings conducted under a range of arbitration rules. She is admitted to the Paris Bar (2022) and the Serbian Bar (2019), and was educated in France, the United Kingdom, Serbia, and Spain.

Prior to joining Wordstone, Jelena worked in the arbitration team of a leading French law firm as well as two prominent Serbian law firms. She also completed internships at the World Trade Organization in Geneva and at a major international law firm in London.

Jelena is also active in the international arbitration community. She co-founded the Paris Investment Arbitration Group, a Paris-based initiative providing a forum for discussing curated issues in international investment law and arbitration. She is also a member of several prominent associations, including ICC Serbia, CFA40, and ArbCEE.
