Karolina Czarnecka is an Associate at Queritius, a highly specialized law firm focused on international disputes related principally to Central and Eastern Europe. Karolina's practice focuses on international arbitration, with a particular interest in post-M&A disputes. She represents clients in international and domestic arbitrations under a variety of rules, including ICC, SCC, LCIA, as well as the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, Court of Arbitration at the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Poland and the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation of Lewiatan. She also serves as tribunal secretary in commercial arbitrations.

She is the Central & Eastern Europe Co-Chair of Young ITA, the under-40 division of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration. She is also the Co-Chair of the Arbitration Youth Forum (AFM below 40) under the auspices of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. She acts as the Co-Reporter for Poland at the ITA Board of Reporters.

Karolina holds a LL.M. in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement from Sciences Po, Paris and a Master of Laws from Kozminski University, Warsaw. Currently she is pursuing her PhD degree researching in the area of commercial arbitration.
