Leyou specializes in international arbitration and negotiations, with a focus on Africa. By founding I-Arb Africa she had the unique opportunity to be at the helm of on-going developments in international arbitration in Africa but also researching past trends affecting current market.

Leyou enjoys all aspects of the work from policy development in relations to investment, negotiating contracts related to foreign investment and resolving disputes through arbitration. She is on the list of arbitrators in arbitration centers around the world and serve as board member on numerous initiatives related to international arbitration.
