Marie VALENTINI

Marie Valentini specializes in representing French and foreign companies in arbitration disputes, including commercial arbitration and post-arbitration matters before French courts. Her expertise primarily lies in proceedings related to challenging or setting aside awards, as well as enforcement proceedings. Additionally, Marie's practice extends to commercial litigation and mediation, often within an international context.

With a focus on sectors such as defense, telecommunications, banking, and transportation, Marie has a wealth of experience in handling disputes ranging from post-acquisition issues to shareholders' disputes and agency/service agreements.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011, Marie expanded her practice by being called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2018, enhancing her ability to serve clients across jurisdictions.
