Pedro ARCOVERDE

Pedro Arcoverde is a senior dispute resolution lawyer qualified to practice in France and in Brazil. He joined Airbus as Senior Legal Counsel in charge of commercial disputes in 2023. Prior to that, he held the positions of Deputy Counsel, Counsel and Managing Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris. In this last position, Pedro oversaw twelve teams managing close to 2.000 complex international arbitration proceedings in various jurisdictions and in the most diverse industries. While at the ICC, Pedro also spent two and a half years in New York.

Pedro trained with two international law firms and a major energy company in Paris, and also worked as tribunal secretary to an international arbitrator. He is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and teaches dispute resolution at Sciences Po Law School. He works in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
