Robert PE

Robert S. Pé, FCIArb, is an independent arbitrator and member of Arbitration Chambers (Hong Kong, London and New York).

He is regularly appointed in arbitrations under the rules of the HKIAC, ICC, ICDR, LCIA and SIAC, arising out of international commercial disputes, in particular in relation to energy and infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and sale of goods.

He was based in Asia for two decades, served on the HKIAC Council from 2014 to 2020 and is a member of the ICC Court.
