Sebastian MEJIA

With over a decade of experience, Sebastián is an independent lawyer and arbitrator, founder of Mejia IDR. Sebastián acts in commercial, sports and investor-state disputes, with a particular focus in financial, post M&A, construction and technology disputes.

Prior to setting up his independent practice, Sebastián was a Senior Associate in the International Arbitration team of Allen & Overy in London. Sebastián is qualified in Spain and New York and is a solicitor of England and Wales. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
