Tom HUTCHISON

Tom is Counsel in the Global Projects Disputes Practice at Freshfields. He specialises in mitigating risks, protecting commercial interests and resolving disputes arising from major projects around the globe including arbitration, ADR, litigation and procurement bid-challenges. He has a key focus on construction and engineering projects in the oil and gas, energy (including nuclear, renewables and low-carbon), infrastructure, and transport sectors.

Tom acts for corporate entities, owners/ operators, major contractors and public entities involved in the development of major projects across the globe. He also advises on the management and mitigation of project risks, including in the structuring and negotiation of project agreements and construction contracts and procurement bid-challenges.
