Wissam MGHAZLI

Wissam Mghazli is an experienced litigator with over 10 years of expertise in international arbitration and complex, high-stakes business disputes.

He represents clients in commercial, institutional, and ad hoc arbitration, as well as international litigation.

Wissam also specializes in peripheral arbitration disputes before state courts, including conservatory measures and the recognition and enforcement of domestic and international arbitral awards in France.

Wissam holds a Master of Laws in Business Law and is an alumnus of a French Grande École de Commerce.

He is also a lecturer in civil law and arbitration law at universities and higher education institutions in France and Cambodia, keeping him up to date with the latest legal developments.

A co-founder and president of the Association Franco-Marocaine des Avocats d’Affaires (AFMAA), Wissam has always thrived in multicultural environments.
