Bryce D. WILLIAMS
Bryce Williams is Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague, the Netherlands. As Legal Counsel, Mr. Williams has acted as registrar or tribunal secretary in inter-State, investor-State, and other arbitral proceedings under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and other procedural rules. He has also assisted the PCA Secretary-General with requests relating to arbitral challenges under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Prior to joining the PCA, Mr. Williams was an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins, where he acted as counsel in international commercial and investment arbitrations. Mr. Williams holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) (Honours) from the Graduate Institute and University of Geneva and an LL.B. (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of International Studies, both from the University of Sydney.
