Arbitration in Banking and Finance: Experiences, Challenges and Solutions

Join esteemed arbitration practitioners from around the world for two panel discussions on arbitration in banking and finance. The first panel bringing together judges, arbitrators, counsel and corporate officers will discuss recent experiences of finance disputes, and the challenges that remain in setting cases in motion in the perfect circumstances. The second panel consisting of the drafters and administrators of P.R.I.M.E. Finance’s Arbitration Rules, as administered by the Permanent Court of Arbitration, will discuss how the new Rules offer a solution. This event will include time for Q&A and networking.
