Caline has nearly 25 years of experience in international arbitration. She has been lead counsel in complex commercial and investment arbitration disputes spanning the world, and concerning such sectors as oil and gas, mining, consumer goods, and telecommunications. Caline has appeared as counsel under all major institutional arbitration rules, in both English and French. Caline’s advocacy is recognized by all of the top industry publications, including Chambers Global, Chambers USA, GAR, Who’s Who Legal, Legal 500, and Latinvex. Caline also regularly serves as arbitrator and is listed on the Panel of Neutrals for the International Centre for Dispute Resolution and the AAA National Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators. Among other leadership roles, Caline serves as the liaison for the Steering Committee of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR to the ICC Task Force on Addressing Issues of Corruption. She also serves as Vice Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee and is a member of the IBA Arbitration Committee’s Task Force on Privilege. She is a Director of the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC) and also serves on the Advisory Board of ArabArb.
