Claire PAULY
Claire Pauly is a counsel at Jones Day. She has been practicing in the areas of international arbitration and complex disputes for the past decade. She advises and represents companies and state entities operating in various industries, with an emphasis on energy, distribution, aeronautics, and infrastructure, before domestic courts and international arbitral tribunals (ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SAC and ad hoc arbitration (including under the UNCITRAL Rules).
Claire currently teaches arbitration and litigation strategy courses at the University of Paris II- Panthéon Assas, Sciences-Po Paris, the University of Paris-Saclay, and the Center of Mediation and Arbitration (CMAP). She is also a member of the Paris Arbitration Week Organising Committee since 2021.
Claire is a mother of two and is a food & wine aficionado; she is the youngest and one of the very few female members of several gastronomic and wine clubs in France.
