David SANDBERG

David Sandberg is specialised in dispute resolution, with particular experience from arbitration. He has represented clients in commercial disputes under several institutional arbitration rules (including the SCC and the ICC). His experience includes disputes in a number of different areas, such as share purchase agreements, licensing, cooperation agreements and in several different industries, including energy, telecom, defence and biotech. He also has experience from representing clients before Swedish courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union, and in investment disputes under bilateral investment treaties and the ICSID convention.

David also gives lectures and holds seminars on dispute resolution and arbitration related topics at universities.
