Dilara KHAMITOVA
Dilara Khamitova is a jurist at the Paris office of Clyde & Co, specializing in international commercial and investor-State arbitration, as well as public international law. She has acted as counsel and assisted arbitral tribunals in proceedings governed by the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA, and DIAC arbitration rules, covering a spectrum of industries such as oil and gas, renewable energy, construction, high tech, and international trade. Her expertise includes advising clients – States, private, and State-owned entities – in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and Latin America.
Dilara holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) from the Graduate Institute and the University of Geneva, and a Master's degree in law from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Fluent in English, French, and Russian, with limited working proficiency in Portuguese, Dilara handles multilingual arbitration proceedings.
Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Dilara's passion for legal advocacy is evident through her active participation in various international moot court competitions. With experience as a participant, coach, and arbitrator in the Jessup Moot Court, the Frankfurt Investment Moot Court, and Vis Moot, she continually refines her advocacy skills and contributes to the development of future legal professionals.
