Eyad OTHMAN
Eyad Othman is a prominent legal professional with over 32 years of experience and currently serving as the Chief Legal & Corporate Governance Officer and Board Secretary at Alinma Bank. His practical experience covered different sectors and projects in number of semi-government organizations, law firms and private sector entities. He headed the laws and regulations program of the national tourism development masterplan developed by the Supreme Commission for Tourism. He was part of the legal team overseeing the licensing of the telecom and data companies as part of the national privatization plan of the sector. His practiced law in two of the leading law firms, Saud Alshawwaf Law Firm and Aljadaan Law Firm in association with Clifford Chance. His in-house experience in private sector has been in banking for 20 years with a particular focus on Islamic banking and investment.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Hull University.
