Gulirano ABDULLAJONOVA


Deputy Counsel

Gulirano is a Deputy Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration, where she manages a diverse and multilingual caseload of over 60 arbitration cases. In this capacity, she ensures the efficient conduct of proceedings under the ICC Rules, prepares memoranda to brief the ICC Court on decisions it is required to take, provides guidance to arbitrators, parties, and counsel on the application of the ICC Rules, and reviews procedural documents.

Gulirano is fluent in Uzbek, Russian, English, and French, and possesses working proficiency in Turkish.

Prior to her tenure at the ICC, Gulirano enriched her expertise in international arbitration and litigation through internships at prestigious law firms and multinational companies in Uzbekistan and France, where she focused on cross-border disputes and procedural strategies. She is alumna of esteemed universities in Uzbekistan, Spain, and France, providing her with a robust legal foundation.
