Mark A. Luz is General Counsel in the Trade Law Bureau (JLT), a joint division of Global Affairs Canada and the Department of Justice, where he is responsible for leading the Government of Canada's defense in international arbitrations involving foreign investors under Canada's free trade and investment treaties.
