Niels AUJOUANNET-KELNER
Niels Aujouannet-Kelner is a French, dually qualified (Paris and New-York bars) international arbitration lawyer practicing at White and Case Paris as a senior associate. His practice includes both commercial and investment arbitration, with a focus on the construction and energy sectors. He also handles post-arbitration proceedings before French courts (annulment, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards).
Prior to joining White & Case, Niels acquired experience in international arbitration with major international law firms in Paris. Niels also gained experience as a legal counsel in the legal department of a leading aircraft manufacturer.
Niels completed hold a LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration from New York University, and several law and management master's degrees from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and ESSEC Business School.
Niels has also been involved in numerous arbitration-related activities over the years, such as lecturing, or coaching the team representing Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University at the Willem C. Vis Moot.
But Niels is not only an arbitration nerd : he’s also, inter alia, a dad, a huge soccer fan, a tech geek, a history enthusiast and a cat person !
