Obioma OFOEGO
Dr. Obioma Ofoego is a senior associate in the Paris office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, specializing in international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and public international law. He has acted in arbitrations conducted under the auspices of most major institutions, and has represented both sovereign States and private clients – often with an African dimension. With previous experience as a barrister in independent practice in London, he regularly appears as an advocate before international tribunals. His recent experience encompasses disputes in the energy, construction, hospitality and financial services sectors.
Obioma has also worked at UNESCO as an education policy consultant, and has published books and articles relating to, among other things, Nigerian literature. He routinely works in English, French and Spanish, and has a broad interest in collaborations between Africa and South America.
