Othmane SAADANI
Othmane Saadani is admitted to practice law in New York and Dubai and has full rights of audience before the Courts of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and the DIFC. He was recognized as a future world leader in the field of arbitration (Who's Who Legal – Future leaders – Arbitration 2025).
Mr. Saadani has a dual training in civil law and common law (Paris and Los Angeles). Othmane represents private companies, states and state entities in construction and commercial law disputes as well as in investor-state disputes. Othmane is a former Counsel at the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and led the team in charge of the MENA region in Abu Dhabi. He has taught international arbitration at the Université Catholique de Lille and lectured business law at Curtin University in Dubai. Othmane was also a member of the editorial board of the ICC Dispute Resolution Bulletin and regularly publishes law articles. Othmane accepts appointments as an arbitrator.
