Sergey Alekhin is a Partner at E L W I’s dispute resolution practice. Sergey has more than 13 years of experience working for major law firms, including international law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Sergey specializes in international arbitration, with a particular focus on investment arbitration in the post-Soviet space. He acted as counsel on record in over 25 commercial and investment arbitrations (ICC, ICSID, LCIA, ad hoc, etc.) Sergey is a qualified advocate in France and Russia.
Sergey has been recognised as a ‘Future Leader’ by Lexology Index (formerly Who's Who Legal) / Global Arbitration Review: Arbitration 2025 (3 years in a row) and appointed to ICSID Panel of Arbitrators by the Kyrgyz Republic.
