Shamin CHOUDHURY

Shamin is a Managing Associate within the Structured Finance Group and the Co-Head of the Sports Sector Group at Linklaters LLP, currently based in the London office having spent time across New York and Dubai offices.

Shamin maintains a broad product base across structured finance solutions (such as common debt platforms, securitisations (inc. hybrid WBS and vanilla securitisations), factoring transactions, hedging, public bonds and private placements) with a particular focus on regulated utilities and infrastructure assets.

In addition to his core structured finance experience, Shamin is the Co-Head of the Sports Sector at Linklaters LLP, advising on a variety of matters across the sector such as sporting and financial regulations, M&A & Private Equity investments into sports clubs and leagues (including media rights centralisation and multi-club ownership) and financing solutions for various asset classes within sports.
