Samantha Nataf is the co-head of the international arbitration practice of De Gaulle Fleurance, in Paris. She is admitted to the Paris, New York, and Israel Bars and is a Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

She has acted as counsel in numerous arbitral proceedings under the major arbitration rules (ICC, ICSID, DIAC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, etc.) in disputes involving various sectors of international trade, including aerospace, agribusiness, biotech, construction, defense, energy, infrastructure, logistics, mining, new technologies or telecommunications.

Samantha also sits as arbitrator and is on the list of arbitrators of the ICC French National Committee, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), the Israel Institute of Business Arbitration, and the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC). She is also a Member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, the ICC Institute of World Business Law, the ICC Task Force on Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration, the French Arbitration Association, the Comité Français de l’Arbitrage (CFA), and the Swiss Arbitration Association.
