Presentation

Large language models are entering and disrupting fields that were long thought safe from the effects of technology. Arbitration is not exempt. This raises fundamental questions. What role will AI play in the coming years? What role should it play? How might the growth of AI impact arbitral decision-making, and is this a good thing? Might the use of AI remove certain biases at the expense of introducing others? Join Accuracy for a wide-ranging panel discussion as we explore the consequences, risks, and possible futures that arbitration faces in a post-AI world. The panel will share perspectives between a cognitive bias expert, two experienced arbitration practitioners and one of Accuracy's own specialists.
