Pascale DECHAMPS

Pascale Déchamps is a partner at Accuracy. For more than 20 years, she has been providing competition advice to companies as well as enforcing competition law. She assists companies in merger control proceedings, in investigations into abuses of dominant positions, cartels and State Aid across sectors. She also testifies in courts on matters of competition law infringements and damage quantification on behalf of defendants and claimants.

Prior to joining the firm, she was Rapporteure Générale Adjointe (head of unit) at the French competition authority. While at the French competition authority, she supervised antitrust cases in the telecom and digital sectors.

She was previously a partner at an economics consulting firm specialising in competition economic advice, based in Paris.
She holds an MSC in Economics from the LSE and an MSC in Data science from TSE.
