Sorbonne Arbitrage

Sorbonne Arbitrage is a label attached to the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne which aims to bring together and cover arbitration-related activities within the university and beyond.

A label to promote expertise in Arbitration

Few universities can boast so many arbitration specialists: whether they write regularly on the subject, are interested in it or practise it, they constitute an unrivalled force on the French and international scene. The dynamism of each of these specialists is also recognised, although the link is not always made with the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

It would therefore seem possible to bring together these currently scattered initiatives and house them behind a common label which, as well as enhancing their visibility, would make it possible to promote synergies and create new models. Events and initiatives related to arbitration organised within the university are now relayed by Sorbonne Arbitrage, thus creating a new dynamic.
