Ghjuvana LUIGI

Ghjuvana Luigi is qualified in Paris. Member of the Paris Bar since 2008, Mrs. Ghjuvana Luigi worked for over 15 years in major international law firms in Paris, specializing in projects and project finance in sub-Saharan Africa.

She advises African governments, international financial institutions, banks and private players (local or international), and works mainly in the energy, renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. She has a particular expertise in the implementation and development of projects in Africa, and in dealing with the risks related to such projects (thanks notably to her sound knowledge of litigation and arbitral proceedings as she acted during several years as counsel to clients or as clerk to arbitral tribunals in CCJA, ICC, ad hoc proceedings).

Ghjuvana has a very good knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable in Africa (including at a regional level with OHADA, ECOWAS, WAEMU, ECCAS, COMESA) and she assists clients in developing their projects in very different countries.
