Partner

Noah Rubins KC is a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris. He is qualified in New York, Texas, DC, England & Wales and Paris. Noah has long experienced an inexplicable attraction to issues of damages quantification, despite the fact that high school calculus classes still form the basis for recurrent nightmares. But his perseverance has given him the opportunity to lead written and oral advocacy on quantum issues in some of the leading cases of recent years: Rusoro v Venezuela, Total v Argentina, Micula v Romania, CMS v Argentina, and the East Mediterranean Gas arbitrations against Egypt, to name a few. A witness in Micula referred to Noah as “Quantum Boy” on the transcript. It was not meant as a compliment.
