A graduate of the Paris Bar Training School (CAPA), Lawyer at the Paris and Cameroon Bars, Maître Sylvie BEBOHI EBONGO works for a clientele of individuals and companies that she supports both in business creation, as well as the drafting and monitoring of their contracts. She is also involved in the pre-litigation phase of dispute management, advises and represents in dispute settlement procedures in commercial or investment arbitration.

She has a recurring practice of arbitration where she intervenes either as an arbitrator, counsel or the secretary of an arbitral tribunal. She is a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA-OHADA), of the Cairo Regional International Commercial Arbitration Center (CRCICA) and the Arbitration Mediation and Conciliation Center of Ouagadougou (CAMCO-O)

Her immersion in international trade law and her knowledge of the law of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), in which she has been working for many years, have also led her to develop legal support for foreign investors wishing to establish themselves in the OHADA area.

Drawing on the skills acquired throughout her academic and professional career, Maître Sylvie BEBOHI EBONGO joined forces with Maître Alvine Bélise HAPPI to create the HBE Avocats Law firm.
