Aymeric VOISIN

Aymeric has over 15 years’ expertise advising on complex development, financing, sale and purchase of assets across the energy, infrastructure and mining sectors.

Co-leader of our Mining sector, Aymeric has particular expertise in advising on critical minerals projects, associated infrastructure and decarbonisation transactions across Africa, Europe and Asia and is also involved in the battery value-chain.

His experience also includes complex energy transition projects such as hydrogen export projects and large scale infrastructure PPPs.

Aymeric has a wide international experience having been seconded to the Linklaters Hong Kong office and JBIC in Tokyo, and he also lived and worked in Algeria.

Aymeric was distinguished as “Project Lawyer of the Year” in the 2024 Africa Legal Power List rankings from Africa Business Plus and Jeune Afrique and is also referenced in Legal 500.
