Jadranka OSRECAK

Dr. Jadranka Osrečak, LL.M. (Queen Mary University of London) is a Deputy Municipal State Attorney in Zagreb seconded to the State Attorney`s Office of the Republic of Croatia. She is experienced litigator and for the last six years she has been representing the Republic of Croatia before courts of other countries and in international commercial and investment arbitration.

She is also listed arbitrator at the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy and a course lecturer at Zagreb School of Economics and Management where she teaches Legal Environment of Business.

She regularly publishes scientific papers which focus on different aspects of disputes, dispute resolution and procedural law.
