Olivier CUPERLIER
Olivier Cuperlier was admitted to Paris bar in 1996. He specialises in commercial dispute resolution and acts for French and international companies in various fields of industry. He is registered as a mediator and arbitrator at the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CMAP) and also in several centres for mediation and arbitration in Africa (inter alia Cameroun, Ivory Cost and Rwanda) and has been appointed as an arbitrator in various cases, particularly in connection with Africa.
He is the author of various articles on mediation and arbitration, especially in the OHADA area (Organization for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa) and regularly acts as a trainer on these topics.
He has been working (in French and English) for more than 15 years in French speaking Africa and holds a postgraduate degree in Private Law from University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
